The Platform:

• Enables sellers to list products.
• Enables influencers to create personalized storefronts.
• Facilitates commission-based partnerships between sellers and influencers.
• Processes customer payments.
• Manages settlements and commission distribution.

OnlineLocalStore is not the manufacturer of products unless specifically stated.

03User Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering contracts.
• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

04User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security.
• All activities under their account.
• Updating information whenever necessary.

Multiple login methods may be linked to a single account.

05Seller Accounts

Sellers agree to:

• Provide genuine and legally compliant products.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Honor accepted orders.
• Ship products within committed timelines.
• Comply with applicable tax and consumer laws.

Sellers remain solely responsible for product quality, warranties, and legal compliance.

06Influencer Accounts

Influencers receive a personalized storefront or subdomain.

Influencers may:

• Promote approved products.
• Share product links.
• Generate customer demand.

Influencers shall not:

• Misrepresent products.
• Collect payments directly from customers.
• Modify prices without authorization.
• Offer unauthorized discounts.

07Seller–Influencer Commission Agreements

The Platform enables direct negotiation between sellers and influencers.

Commission agreements:

• Must comply with platform policies.
• Become active only after acceptance by both parties.
• Are subject to platform validation.

The Platform reserves the right to reject or cancel agreements that violate platform policies.

08Orders and Payments

All customer payments shall be collected through OnlineLocalStore-approved payment systems.

Neither sellers nor influencers may request direct payment outside the Platform.

Payments are processed only through authorized payment gateways.

09Commission Settlement

Commission becomes payable only after:

• Successful product delivery,
• Expiry of the applicable return/refund period,
• Verification of the transaction.

The Platform may withhold commissions where fraud, disputes, policy violations, or payment reversals are suspected.

10Pricing

Product prices displayed on the Platform may include applicable taxes where required.

The Platform reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

11Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled in accordance with the Platform's Cancellation Policy.

The Platform may cancel orders involving:

• Fraudulent activity,
• Inventory shortages,
• Payment failures,
• Technical errors,
• Legal restrictions.

12Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds shall be governed by the applicable Return Policy of the seller and the Platform.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise permitted by law.

13Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, text, graphics, and content belong to OnlineLocalStore or their respective owners.

No user may reproduce or distribute platform content without written permission.

14Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Commit fraud.
• Upload unlawful products.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Manipulate commissions.
• Misrepresent identities.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Attempt unauthorized system access.
• Circumvent payment processes.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

15Platform Rights

OnlineLocalStore reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts.
• Remove products.
• Reject transactions.
• Investigate suspicious activity.
• Modify platform features.
• Enforce compliance measures.

16Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlineLocalStore shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages,
• Loss of profits,
• Business interruption,
• Third-party conduct,
• Product defects supplied by sellers.

17Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlineLocalStore, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

18Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information as described therein.

19Suspension and Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for:

• Fraud,
• Policy violations,
• Illegal activity,
• Abuse of platform services,
• Repeated customer complaints.

20Modifications
